Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Mayo manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Mayo practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from cosmetic facial surgery to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. He can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and performs a full range of dental implant procedures.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Dr. Mayo’s is experienced assisting in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. All staff is informed administrative personnel, well versed in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.
